Processing Time

All orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment has been received. The usual processing time is 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that in rare cases, delays may occur due to high order volume, public holidays, or delays from the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If tracking is available, you will also receive a tracking link so you can follow the status of your delivery.

Undelivered Packages
